Ambani ke Baad ab Adani ka Monopoly Indian Aviation Sector me - GVK - AEL Deal




Doston agar aapko lag raha hai ke India ka private business sector monopolized ho raha hai do companies ke dwara, Ambani aur Adani, to aap ko bilkul sahi lag raha hai. Ek taraf mukesh Ambani ke RIL ne ek ke baad ek Retail, Technology, Pharma, e-commerce sector me naye naye acquisition kiya hai to doosri taraf Adani ENterprises ke maalik Gautam Adani bhi unse bahut zyada peeche nahi hai. Mumbai International Airport Limited (MIAL) me GVK ka stake hai 50.5%, GVK ka minority partner Airports Company South Africa (ACSA) aur Bidvest COmpany ke paas 23.5% ka share hai. Airports Authority of India ke pass 26% ka stake hai.

 

Mumbai airport ke stake sale ka poora khel shuru hua March 2019 ko jab Adani Group ne, Bidvest company se, MIAL me unke 13.5% stake ke liye 1248 Crore ka bid kiya. Tabhi se ye baat saaf ho gayi thi ki ye ek war banne waala hai GVK aur AEL ke beech me. GVK ne initially isko rokne ki koshish bhi ki, unhone apna right to first refusal use kiya, lekin unka bid Adani ke bid ko match nahi kar paya.

 

Fir aaya October 2019 me doosra jhatka GVK ke liye, jab unnke debt obligations itne badh gaye ki wo GVK Airports holdings me apna 79% stake ko 7614 Crore me bech ne ke liye raazi hue, unhone is deal ko pesh kiya Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, Canada’s Public Sector Pension Investments, and state-owned National Investment and Infrastructure Fund. Insiders ka maan na ye hai ke ye deal ke proceedings ko GVK, apna borrowings ko chukane ke liye aur Adani ke approach ko rokne ke liye karti. Mumbai airport duniya ki doosri businest airport me se ek hai aur iska revenue generation sabse zyada hai India me, iske liye shayad GVK last tak fight karne ke liye rready thi AEL ke saath.  Ye deal process hone hi wala tha jab GVK group ko ek bada jhatka laga.

 

India ke premiere investigating organization CBI ne, GVK ke upar 705 Crore ka Ghotale ka arop lagaya, aur is me se 310 crore ka loss bayata jo Indian taxpayers ko uthana pada hai. Iska reason ye bataya gaya tha ki GVK ne, Indian Government ke diye gaye land me se fake work order nikal ke ghotaoa kiya.

 

Is khabar ke baad hi GVK ne apne saare koshish me paani daalte hue Adani ke saath deal karne ke baare me socha aur baat ye chal rahi hai ki AEL, GVK se poora 50.5% ka stake hi lene wali hai aur baaki ka 23.5% stake pe bhi AEL ki nazar hai. Iske saath hi, Navi Mumbai airport, jiska dela bhi GVK ko mila tha, wo bhi AEL ke paas jaane ke bahut chances dikhai de rahe hai.

 

To is mahol me, Adani india ke Aviation sector ka bada khiladi ke taraf se ubhar ke aa raha hai. Recenty Adani Green Energy Limited ne bhi bahut acche deal kiye the aur kaafi charche me thi. Iska matlab saaf hai ke Adani India ke power aur Aviation sector me bada player banne wala hai.
